Anxiety, fear and worrying

Anxiety is part of being human—but it doesn’t have to take the lead. In this compassionate and practical session, we’ll explore how anxiety, fear, and chronic worrying operate in our minds and bodies, and what we can do to soften their grip.

You’ll learn to recognize the mechanics of anxiety—how it shows up, what fuels it, and why it sometimes feels overwhelming even when nothing seems “wrong.” Rather than pathologizing your experience, this session creates a safe space to normalize what so many of us feel, often in silence.

We’ll walk through various evidence-informed approaches to managing anxiety. From grounding techniques and breathwork to reframing thoughts and building inner safety, participants will be introduced to a toolbox of strategies that can be personalized to different needs and experiences. You’ll also get a chance to practice simple, calming exercises during the session—nothing intensive, just gentle ways to reconnect with yourself in the moment.

Importantly, this webinar also offers guidance on navigating different kinds of anxiety: the kind that comes and goes, and the kind that sticks around. Whether you’re dealing with social anxiety, work-related stress, panic, or persistent worry, you’ll gain insight into how your nervous system responds—and how to care for it.

At Siffi, we believe in meeting anxiety with empathy, not judgment. You are not “too sensitive” or “overreacting.” You are responding to something—and that deserves respect and support.

This webinar is for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, more resourced, and more at peace—even in a stressful world. Whether you’re seeking tools for yourself or hoping to support a colleague or loved one, you’ll leave with deeper understanding and actionable ways to move forward.
