The Partners programme is intentionally narrower: it's for therapists whose books are already full but who have clients whose employers cover therapy through Siffi.

How the Partners programme works

You apply and get vetted
Submit your practice details, professional certificate, and diploma. Our clinical team reviews within 3 business days and confirms whether the programme is a fit.

Your clients get covered
Clients whose employers offer Siffi's mental-health benefit and have subscribed to the Partners programme can now use it for sessions with you — no expense reports, no HR paperwork. They contact you the same way they always have.

One invoice a month
You send Siffi a single monthly invoice for your sessions. We pay you within 14 days.
Who qualifies
The Partners programme is designed for established, credentialed practitioners. If your practice meets all of the below, we can review your application.
Qualification criteria
- Valid professional certificate (psychotherapy, counselling, clinical psychology, or equivalent)
- University Master's degree in psychology
- Active legal entity (sole proprietor or company) for invoicing
- LinkedIn profile or professional web page
- Minimum 2 years of independent practice
- Your practice is registered in a jurisdiction not listed on the EU High-Risk Third Countries list or the FATF grey or black list

Questions therapists ask us most
How is this different from joining Siffi as a therapist?
The regular Siffi therapist path gives you a full listed profile, a bookable calendar visible to every corporate client, and a steady stream of new referrals. The Partners programme deliberately does none of that — no profile, no listing, no leads. It exists purely to let therapists who already have full practices route their existing clients' employer benefits through us. If you have capacity for new clients, the regular path is almost certainly the better fit.
Will my clients notice any difference in how they book with me?
Yes. Partners do not manage a calendar on Siffi. The employee contacts you and you agree on a suitable time together. The booking is made via our platform, but the session itself is delivered as per your usual practice.
What does Siffi charge me?
Nothing. The Partners programme is paid for by the employers, not by the therapists. You receive your full session fee. Siffi bills the employer separately for the administrative work of vetting, invoicing, and payment handling.
How often does Siffi verify my credentials?
Once at the start, then annually. If your professional certification is suspended, revoked, or lapses, you must inform Siffi within 30 days. We treat this as a serious contractual commitment because employers rely on our verification when they choose to pay you through us.
How long does approval take?
Our clinical team reviews complete applications within 3 business days. If we need additional information we'll email you directly. Once approved, you'll receive a link to set your password and complete a brief profile.
Which employers currently use Siffi Partners?
We can share the current list of participating employers with you once your application is approved. If you'd like to know whether a specific client's employer participates before applying, please get in touch at contact@siffi.com.
